From the past experience, it is found that mini tours at RCME has been be successful in creating great fellowship within members and their families. This year Rajasthan has been chosen for the mini fellowship as many members were asking for tour around Rajasthan side of our country.

The Itinerary has been carefully drawn with comfort and cost in mind. We have chosen 4 star hotels instead of 5 star Hotels, but all travel have been planned on Volvo Air Suspension, Air Condition Coaches.

Considering our PHCC event of RCME in January and climatic conditions at the Rajasthan Desert, Early February 2024 was chosen.

All meals and entrance charges at all the sight-seeing places has been included in the costing.

The tour size will be restricted to 40 to 44 heads. Registrations received after that will be on waiting list till 70 confirmations have been received for the 2nd Bus capacity. As we will be traveling in Volvo coaches we need to plan in multiple of bus capacities.

Maximum tour size will be 85 heads including children.

Those interested can opt for the Optional Tour to Jaipur at the end of the main tour, subject to enough no of people interested for the optional tour.
